Bio

Minsun Cha advises public and private companies, private equity firms, investment companies and sovereign wealth funds on a variety of U.S. and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, securities offerings, tax credit transfers and other corporate matters.

  • Capgemini S.E. in its $3.3 billion acquisition of WNS (Holdings) Limited
  • Hyundai Motor Company in its long-term sponsorship agreement with FIFA
  • SHEIN in connection with its strategic partnership with SPARC Group
  • Veoneer in its $4.5 billion acquisition by Qualcomm and SSW Partners following the termination of Veoneer’s previously announced $3.8 billion acquisition by Magna International

Ms. Cha is involved in Skadden’s recruiting and training programs. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, focused on advising small and medium-sized enterprises on corporate matters and representing clients in immigration and life planning matters. She serves on the Pro Bono Advocates Council of Volunteers of Legal Service.
