Jessica M. Choi

Jessica Choi’s practice focuses on representing clients in complex civil litigation matters, including securities and shareholder litigation, business disputes, government enforcement proceedings, internal investigations and class actions.

Ms. Choi also is committed to pro bono work and has represented, among others, an individual in state court who challenged a sentence of juvenile life without parole and a mother and daughter in immigration court who were seeking asylum after facing persecution in El Salvador.
