Nicholas Colombo advises public and private companies and private equity firms on mergers,
acquisitions, dispositions, corporate governance, joint ventures, spin-offs and securities
offerings. He has significant experience working on complex business separations and
spin-offs.
Bio
Mr. Colombo counsels companies in a variety of industries, with an emphasis on the financial services sector, including investment management firms, banking and fintech companies.
