Bonnie David focuses her practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery as well as other state and federal courts across the country. Ms. David’s experience includes representing corporations and their directors, officers and advisers in merger and acquisition-related litigation, derivative suits, corporate statutory proceedings, federal securities litigation and other stockholder disputes. She frequently advises corporations and their boards of directors on transactional and corporate governance matters involving the Delaware General Corporation Law, the fiduciary obligations of directors and officers and other corporate law issues.

Recent representations, among others, include American Apparel, Inc., Baxter International Inc., Goldman Sachs, Intercept Pharmaceuticals, J.P. Morgan Chase, Plum Creek, Spectra Energy Partners and members of the board of directors of Viacom Inc.
