Vince DiMascio

Vince DiMascio oversees Skadden’s global digital, technology, knowledge and innovation strategy. He is responsible for cybersecurity, infrastructure and cloud platforms, data and artificial intelligence, enterprise systems, legal technology, and research and knowledge management services that power the firm’s practice worldwide.

Mr. DiMascio has more than two decades of experience leading large-scale digital transformation for complex global organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and Global 100 law firms, with extensive experience in technology modernization, data strategy and the deployment of artificial intelligence in highly regulated environments.

He previously served as a digital transformation partner at a Big Four consulting firm, where he advised C-suite executives across global enterprises on technology modernization, cybersecurity, data strategy and AI deployment. Earlier in his career, he was global chief information officer at a leading immigration law firm, where he led its digital transformation and built the firm’s award-winning Cobalt platform.
