Ms. Dornauer’s most recent representations have included:

• a Chicago-based private equity firm in its formation of a joint venture to acquire a luxury hotel located in La Jolla, California, as part of a complicated mixed-use project     
• a Chicago-based private equity firm in its joint venture to acquire a luxury resort located in Napa Valley, California
• a New York City-based hospitality firm in its acquisition and financing of a hotel near Chicago O’Hare International Airport     
• a Chicago-based private equity firm in its acquisition and financing of a luxury hotel located in Atlanta, Georgia
• a New York City-based hospitality firm in its acquisition and financing of a hotel in Seattle, Washington, which, at the time, was one of the largest hospitality transactions in Seattle’s history
• a premier real estate investment and hospitality management company in a forward purchase of a four-property hotel portfolio in Key West, Florida
• a New York-based real estate investment company focused on the senior housing sector in its acquisition and financing of a portfolio comprising numerous senior living facilities, as well as the formation of a joint venture to effectuate the transaction
