Michael Ena represents corporate and institutional clients in connection with a broad range of financial transactions.


Mr. Ena has worked on matters involving public and private convertible debt and preferred stock issuances, equity unit issuances, call spread overlays and stock borrow facilities related to equity-linked capital markets transactions.

He also has advised clients on a variety of other equity derivatives (including hedging, monetization, structured share repurchase and share accumulation transactions), debt total return swaps, repurchase and reverse repurchase transactions, interest rate and foreign exchange derivatives, including deal-contingent and finance-linked hedging transactions. Mr. Ena previously worked as an in-house counsel at an investment bank.
