Natasha Evagelia

Natasha Evagelia focuses her practice on cross-border and domestic public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as counseling on a range of private equity transactions. Her work also regularly involves advising on joint ventures, corporate restructurings and corporate governance matters. Ms. Evagelia sits on the Steering Committee of Skadden’s London-based China desk.

Ms. Evagelia’s representations include advising:

• Sampo plc on the US$907 million acquisition from Rand Merchant Investment Holdings Limited of the remaining 30% stake in Hastings Insurance Services Limited that it did not already own
• EG Group on its:
  • US$2.8 billion sale of the majority of its Ireland and U.K. businesses to ASDA Group Limited
  • US$290 million sale of its U.K. Cinnabon business and remaining 33 U.K. petrol forecourt sites to Zuber Issa, the co-founder of EG Group
  • acquisition of LEON Restaurants Limited
  • sale of 27 petrol filling stations to Park Garage Group
• International Paper Company on its US$812 million sale of its pulp and paper mill and supporting operations in Kwidzyn, Poland, to Mayr-Melnhof Karton
• B-FLEXION on the merger of its portfolio company, Securis Investment Partners LLP, with Twelve Capital AG
• Castik Capital and ABRY Partners on:
  • their joint acquisition of Xexec
  • their joint acquisition of Reward Gateway from Great Hill Partners
• funds advised by Castik Capital on the acquisition of AddSecure from ABRY Partners
• AddSecure, a portfolio company of Castik Capital, on its acquisition of Connexas Group from Horizon Capital
• companies owned by funds advised by TDR Capital LLP on their investments in Jaja Finance and Bud Financial
• funds advised by Energy Infrastructure Partners AG on a €530 million investment in BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH

Ms. Evagelia is actively involved in pro bono projects and has been selected for inclusion on the Pro Bono Recognition List of England & Wales every year since its establishment in 2024.
