Elena Faloutsou advises fund managers and investors on the structuring, establishment, management, legal and regulatory compliance, operations, marketing and restructuring of investment funds domiciled in various onshore and offshore jurisdictions, with a particular focus on private credit, real estate, private equity and private equity real estate funds.

Ms. Faloutsou’s practice includes counseling on financial services regulation; corporate governance and negotiation of service provider agreements and other commercial agreements in the context of investment funds; portfolio investment transactions; investor due diligence on investment funds; secondary transactions in fund interests; the establishment, authorisation, ongoing legal and regulatory compliance and restructuring of fund managers; and M&A transactions in the asset management sector. Ms. Faloutsou is particularly experienced in Luxembourg investment funds, including Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities and alternative investment funds, fund managers and fund service providers, having practised in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for a number of years.
