Bio

Kim Franko represents clients in employment-related litigation and pre-litigation matters, including defense of discrimination, retaliation and wage and hour claims, and enforcement of restrictive covenants and breaches of fiduciary duties. Ms. Franko’s practice includes the negotiation and drafting of sophisticated employment, consulting, separation and restrictive covenant agreements.

Ms. Franko often advises clients on issues relating to federal, state and local labor, employment and immigration laws in connection with U.S. and cross-border corporate transactions. She also advises clients regarding the implementation of employment policies, reduction in force and employee classification with respect to compliance with federal, state and local laws.
