Kristen Friel advises clients on developing, financing, acquiring and selling energy and infrastructure projects.

Ms. Friel also has experience counseling public and private corporations, as well as investment banks, commercial banks, private equity funds and financial institution investors, in connection with various types of financing transactions.

Ms. Friel also provides legal services to pro bono clients and is actively involved in Skadden’s recruiting and corporate training programs.
