David Goldstein

David Goldstein’s practice is focused on a broad range of domestic and international estate planning and tax matters, including the establishment of cross-border trusts, multijurisdictional estate tax planning, pre-immigration and expatriation planning, and trust and estate administration. He also concentrates on charitable gift planning and the creation and administration of private foundations.
Bio
Mr. Goldstein’s extensive experience in advising ultra high-net-worth individuals and their families enables him to develop sophisticated and customized planning strategies for clients.
While serving as a member of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association, Mr. Goldstein participated in drafting comments submitted by the ABA to proposed Treasury Regulations under Sections 643(i), 679, 6039F, 6048 and 6677 of the Internal Revenue Code.
