Eric Greenberg practices complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, including cases involving securities and shareholder litigation, contract disputes, trade secret misappropriation, class actions, fraud claims and other disputes.

Mr. Greenberg has worked on numerous matters for a variety of clients, including:

• an international biotechnology company and certain of its directors and officers in securities litigation and several stockholder derivative actions
• Zillow Group, Inc. and certain of its directors and officers in securities litigation and several stockholder derivative actions
• FirstEnergy Corp. in a putative shareholder class action alleging fraud and breach of contract
• The We Company and certain of its current and former directors in two putative shareholder class action and derivative lawsuits stemming from the company’s withdrawn 2019 initial public offering, a disputed tender offer involving the company’s largest investor and certain past conduct by the company’s former CEO
• Waldencast plc in obtaining dismissal of California tort claims arising from a dispute over cosmetics distribution rights in Vietnam
• Keurig Dr. Pepper and American Bottling Co. in an alleged breach of contract action
• Tower Semiconductor Ltd. in a patent and trade secret dispute in connection with semiconductor patents
• Tower Semiconductor Ltd. and its affiliates in defending against an action seeking to prematurely terminate its commercial lease
• The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation in a probate action seeking to invalidate a large bequest to the charity
• a trade association and pro bono clients in an amicus briefing and successful petitions for certiorari, respectively, before the Supreme Court
