
Anna Grunseit
Bio
Ms. Grunseit has been involved in English litigation at the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court levels, as well as challenges before the Court of Justice of the European Union, and in both commercial and investment treaty arbitrations. Ms. Grunseit also advises clients on potential avenues of redress and exposure across these fora. As much of her work is multi-jurisdictional, Ms. Grunseit frequently supervises foreign counsel to advise on and pursue disputes for her clients abroad. This work touches on a diverse range of legal issues, including complex contractual matters, shareholder rights, company law, equity, judicial review, European law and intellectual property protections. Ms. Grunseit’s clients include those in the energy, shipping, banking, property, consumer products, technology and mining sectors based in the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, Russia and various offshore financial centres.
In recognition of her work in litigation, she was named one of Best Lawyers’ 2023 Ones to Watch.
Ms. Grunseit qualified in Australia as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in Sydney as a litigator, with a focus on intellectual property disputes.
