Wallis Hampton has experience in all aspects of business litigation.

Bio

Mr. Hampton's principal areas of focus include defending companies and their directors and officers in securities and fiduciary duty cases (principally in securities fraud and takeover situations), class actions, SEC and governmental investigations, internal investigations, and commercial disputes.

He has been recognized repeatedly in Chambers USA in the Securities Litigation category, with clients noting that he is a “really smart tactician and strategist on securities cases.”
