Joshua M. Harriott represents financial institutions and corporate clients in a variety of U.S., Canadian and other international transactions. His transactional work includes advising on follow-on equity offerings, preferred equity offerings, investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings, and restructuring transactions, such as tender offers, debt exchange offers and consent solicitations.
Recent notable equity offerings include:

- CAVA ($300 million IPO)
- FTAI Aviation ($65 million Series D preferred)
- Myriad Genetics ($110 million follow-on)

Mr. Harriott routinely counsels corporate clients of all sizes across a variety of industries, advising on corporate governance issues, counseling on periodic and current SEC filings, complying with requirements set forth by the NYSE and Nasdaq, and navigating interactions with security holders, stock exchanges and other regulatory bodies.
Mr. Harriott is actively involved in the firm’s recruitment initiatives and corporate training program. In recognition of his work, Mr. Harriott was named one of The National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 in New York in 2025.
