Caroline J. Honorowski

Caroline Honorowski advises Skadden on all aspects of employment law compliance, working closely with the firm’s people teams, including the Attorney Development, Attorney Recruiting, DEI, Global Mobility and Human Resources groups.

Prior to serving in this role, Ms. Honorowski was an associate in Skadden’s Labor and Employment Group, where she engaged in a broad range of counseling, litigation and transactional matters. During her tenure at the firm, Ms. Honorowski has dedicated more than 3,000 hours to working on nearly 50 pro bono matters, utilizing her extensive experience in labor and employment law to assist nonprofit organizations.
