Bio
Mr. Janus advises bank holding companies, foreign banking organizations, national and state banks, thrifts, other financial institutions and investors in connection with acquisitions, investments, activities, compliance and other regulatory and transactional matters. He represents clients before the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, and other federal and state banking agencies. In recognition of his work, Mr. Janus was named one of Best Lawyers’ 2024 Ones To Watch in America.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Janus was a certified public accountant and auditor at a large international accounting firm.
