Victoria Kazmierczak primarily represents public and private corporations, private equity firms, portfolio companies, banks and other financial institutions in connection with secured and unsecured financings, acquisition financings, investment-grade financings, bridge loans and other types of complex and traditional financings.

Ms. Kazmierczak’s notable representations include:

• FTAI Infrastructure Inc. in connection with a $1.2 billion bridge loan facility to finance the acquisition of The Wheeling Corporation
• Permira Advisers in various acquisitions and refinancings
• JPMorgan in connection with a $100 million secured revolving credit facility and a $750 million margin loan facility
• The Knot Worldwide in connection with its syndicated credit facility and various refinancings and amendments
• Genesys Cloud Services in connection with various amendments to its syndicated credit facility

Ms. Kazmierczak also represents pro bono clients in connection with various matters, includ-ing obtaining civil protection orders from the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and counseling tenants on housing issues. She has been repeatedly recognized on the D.C. Courts’ Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll for her pro bono efforts, including on the High Honor Roll in 2023.
