
Hanaa Khan
Bio
Hanaa Khan has worked on cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and federal courts of appeals on issues ranging from arbitration to taxation, as well as Article III standing and constitutional criminal procedure. Ms. Khan maintains an active pro bono practice, working with teams representing individuals seeking postconviction relief in the Supreme Court and courts of appeals.
Before joining Skadden, Ms. Khan clerked for Judge R. Guy Cole, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and Judge Tanya Chutkan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
