• American Water Works Company in its pending merger with Essential Utilities at a combined enterprise value of $63 billion
• Duke Energy in the pending $2.5 billion sale of its Tennessee Piedmont Natural Gas business to Spire Inc.
• Entergy Corporation in the $484 million sale of its gas distribution business to Bernard Capital Partners
• Intelsat S.A. in its $3.1 billion sale to SES S.A.
• PPL Corporation in its $3.8 billion acquisition of The Narragansett Electric Company from National Grid
• Infrastructure Investments Fund in its acquisition of South Jersey Industries, Inc. at an enterprise value of $8.1 billion
• Centene Corporation in its:
  • $1.35 billion sale of Magellan Rx to Prime Therapeutics
