Amit Liran represents public and private companies, financial institutions and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of transactions, including U.S. and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, investments, auctions, carve-outs, spin-offs, joint ventures and securities offerings, as well as corporate governance, compliance and a variety of other commercial and contractual matters.
Notable representations include:
- Scopely in multiple matters, including its:
- $4.9 billion acquisition by Savvy Games Group
- $3.5 billion acquisition of Niantic’s games business, which includes Pokémon GO
- $1 billion acquisition of GSN Games from Sony Pictures Entertainment
- investment in a Ukraine-based business
- Mars in its $35.9 billion acquisition of Kellanova
- Mobileye in its $1 billion IPO and concurrent private placement
- Hg in numerous matters, including its acquisitions of Riskalyze and GTreasury
- Via in its acquisition of Citymapper
