• Axcelis Technologies in its $4.4 billion acquisition of Veeco Instruments Inc. through a stock-for-stock merger
• Bitfarms in its $175 million acquisition of Stronghold Digital Mining, Inc. through a stock-for-stock merger
• GX Acquisition Corp. II in a $313 million de-SPAC transaction with NioCorp Developments Ltd.
• Jabil in its $2.2 billion divestiture of its mobility business to BYD Electronic (International) Company Limited
• IFF in its $2.85 billion divestiture of its Pharma Solutions business unit to Roquette Frères S.A.
• DuPont in its $1.75 billion acquisition of Spectrum Plastics Group
