Bio
Emily Marco focuses her practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, as well as other state and federal courts across the country. She also advises companies and their directors and officers on transactional and corporate governance matters.
Ms. Marco serves as vice chair of the Women in M&A Subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Mergers and Acquisitions Committee. She also maintains an active pro bono practice and frequently serves as an attorney ad litem before the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Before joining Skadden, Ms. Marco served as a judicial law clerk for then-Vice Chancellor Kathaleen Saint Jude McCormick and Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
