Elizabeth Mastrogiacomo focuses on regulatory, legislative and transactional issues related to derivatives.

Ms. Mastrogiacomo counsels exchanges, derivatives clearing organizations, banks, asset managers, pension funds and end users of derivatives in a wide variety of regulatory and legislative matters that emerge out of Dodd-Frank. She represents clients before the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Congress. Ms. Mastrogiacomo also advises clients in connection with transactions requiring regulatory notifications and approvals.

Ms. Mastrogiacomo is involved with various pro bono matters, including the Everybody Wins! Power Lunch Program, which promotes children’s literacy in D.C. public schools.
