Ms. Nehmeh has represented a diverse range of clients in a variety of industries in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, strategic investments, restructurings and other corporate and commercial transactions.

  • Capgemini in its $3.3 billion acquisition of WNS (Holding) Limited
