Grace E. Park

Grace Park focuses her practice on advising private investment funds on relevant regulatory matters, such as compliance with the U.S. Investment Advisers Act and the U.S. Investment Company Act. Ms. Park has experience representing sponsors in structuring and forming various types of domestic and offshore funds, such as real estate funds, private equity funds and hedge funds, including those targeted to particular industries or investment strategies. She also has counseled anchor investors, such as sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors, on their investments in private funds and investment advisers.

Additionally, Ms. Park has represented investment advisers and investment principals in negotiating and documenting their management company and general partner structures, including incentive compensation arrangements, employment matters and succession planning.
