Thomas Parnham represents corporations and their officers, directors and employees in complex civil litigation and government investigations, with a particular focus on consumer protection, consumer financial services and securities enforcement matters. His clients include financial institutions, health care companies and medical device manufacturers, telecommunications services companies, and government contractors.

Mr. Parnham advocates for his clients in state and federal courts, as well as in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, state attorneys general, and other federal and state regulators. He also advises clients in connection with investigations conducted by congressional oversight committees, including the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation, the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations and the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee.
