Jeremy Regan advises clients on governmental affairs and compliance matters at the federal, state and local levels, including in the areas of lobbying, campaign finance, gifts and entertainment, and conflicts of interest. Mr. Regan monitors legislation and litigation in these areas and notifies clients of significant developments. In addition, he maintains frequent contacts with federal, state and local agencies that enforce and interpret these laws.

Mr. Regan also assists clients with internal compliance audits, as well as campaign finance and lobbying audits by federal and state agencies.

Prior to joining Skadden, Mr. Regan worked on a variety of issues at the Internal Revenue Service’s Office of Chief Counsel.
