Rachel Reicher focuses on derivatives regulation, legislative advocacy, and business and transactional counseling.


Ms. Reicher regularly counsels major corporations, exchanges, trading platforms, energy companies, pension organizations, investment managers and banks on the development of federal regulatory policy on derivatives under the Dodd-Frank Act. She has represented numerous clients before the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of the Treasury and Congress on a broad range of issues arising under the Dodd-Frank Act.

Ms. Reicher also has significant experience drafting and negotiating various master and customized agreements for swaps, futures, options, foreign exchange and other derivatives.
