Susan B. Reuben has extensive experience in estate and gift planning and the administration of estates and trusts. She has prepared a wide range of wills, trust agreements and related instruments, and she guides individuals with respect to retirement planning and the use of life insurance.


Ms. Reuben counsels both U.S. citizens and residents, as well as nonresident aliens.

She is proficient in all aspects of probate and estate administration and regularly advises fiduciaries on their responsibilities. She successfully has represented fiduciaries in federal estate tax audits and the settlement of their accounts with beneficiaries.

Ms. Reuben is a member of the American Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section), the New York State Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Law Section) and the New York City Bar Association, where she served on the Committee on Trusts, Estates and Surrogates’ Courts.
