Leila Sayegh represents corporations and private equity funds as borrowers, and banks and other financial institutions as lenders, in a broad range of domestic and international financing transactions, including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, bridge loans, first and second lien financings, debtor-in-possession financings and asset-based loans.

Bio

Ms. Sayegh’s work with corporate and private equity clients has included PayPal, Inc., Intel Corporation, Quiksilver, Inc., EMC Corporation, Permira Advisers, Veritas Capital, Oaktree Capital Management, Calera Capital and The Gores Group. Financial institutions she has advised include Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and Bank of America.

She also serves as a pro bono coordinator in Skadden’s Los Angeles office and regularly advises nonprofit clients.
