Robin Shah represents an array of clients, including consumer product manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and insurers in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts across the country.

Bio

Ms. Shah advises clients on all aspects of litigation including pretrial discovery, factual investigation, fact and expert witness preparation and trial strategy.

Ms. Shah has significant experience with respect to overseeing all stages of discovery. She has worked with clients to implement efficient and cost-effective approaches to meeting discovery obligations. She also has considerable experience working with opposing counsel to address discovery issues including negotiating protective orders and ESI protocols. Ms. Shah has successfully defended allegations of spoliation throughout the country and has worked with clients to develop processes to improve document retention and ensure compliance with litigation holds.

Ms. Shah also devotes a portion of her practice to pro bono work and is involved in the Pfizer Legal Alliance, which provides pro bono services to cancer patients who need assistance preparing wills and/or managing their estates.
