Bio

Lindsey Sieling advises on all stages of commercial litigation, including the pleading phase, pretrial motion practice, discovery, trial and settlement negotiations. Ms. Sieling also counsels clients on disputes related to cybersecurity and data privacy, internal and government investigations, antitrust violations, financial fraud matters, the False Claims Act and common law claims.

Among others, Ms. Sieling’s representations include:

  • multiple financial institutions in responding to putative nationwide class actions alleging violations of statutory and common laws in the wake of a cyber incident
  • a financial institution in defending against antitrust, RICO and common law claims
  • a travel technology company in defending against claims of unlawful monopolization and unreasonable restraints on trade
  • a pharmaceutical company in nationwide litigation relating to the marketing of opioid medications
  • a financial services institution in high-profile antitrust litigation

Ms. Sieling maintains an active pro bono practice and has counseled on a wide range of subjects in this capacity. She has represented a nonprofit in a breach of contract action, a criminal defendant through the Federal Defender Program and clients seeking asylum before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Ms. Sieling serves as a mentor in the firm’s mentorship program for junior associates and is active in the firm’s summer program for prospective associates, as well as other recruiting initiatives.
