• NFP Corp. in its:
  • pending $13.4 billion sale to Aon plc
  • acquisitions of (i) Thompson Flanagan and (ii) Fiduciary Investment Advisors LLC (FIA) and the integration of FIA with DiMeo Schneider & Associates L.L.C. to create a unified firm that advises on approximately $200 billion of client assets
• SharkNinja, Inc., a global product design and technology company, in its spin-off from JS Global Lifestyle Company Limited and listing on the New York Stock Exchange
• Entegris, Inc. in its $700 million sale of its electric chemicals business to Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation
• V2X, Inc. (formerly Vectrus, Inc.) in its $2.1 billion all-stock merger of equals with Vertex Aerospace Services Holding Corp., a portfolio company of American Industrial Partners
• Las Vegas Sands Corp. in its $6.25 billion sale of its Las Vegas property and operations to funds managed by VICI Properties Inc. and Apollo Global Management Inc.
