Russell Wohl is experienced in all aspects of transactional real estate, with a primary focus in office leasing (representing both tenants and landlords) and ground leasing.

Bio

Over the past three years Mr. Wohl has represented, among others, on the tenant side: Credit Suisse in connection with a headquarters lease at 11 Madison Avenue in New York; a Singapore sovereign wealth fund in its New York lease; SAP, Inc. at Related’s Hudson Yards; National Hockey League with its new headquarters and experiential retail at Manhattan West; New York Presbyterian Hospital with its new occupancy at 237 Park Avenue; Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP with its new headquarters lease at Manhattan West; a global law firm in its new New York City headquarters; Sony Corporation of America in connection with its sale leaseback at 550 Madison Avenue; and Tiger Global Management at 9 West 57th Street. On the landlord side, he has represented Silverstein Properties at 2, 3 and 4 World Trade Center, including, among others, transactions with Group M, Fox News, Media Math, Morningstar, SNY and Spotify.

Mr. Wohl has been selected for inclusion in Chambers USA on numerous occasions. He also was previously named a Rising Star by Real Estate Weekly.
