Skadden is representing private equity firm the Carlyle Group in the winding up of Carlyle Capital Corp. and the liquidation of its remaining assets. Skadden had represented Carlyle Capital, a $21 billion closed-end investment fund based in the Channel Islands, until the appointment of a Guernsey liquidator on March 17.
