In the capital markets league table, Skadden ranked first in representing issuers of U.S. IPOs — in both number of IPOs and dollar value. The firm also ranked in the top 10 in the U.S. for equity offerings (managers and advisers); corporates issuer advisers; investment grade issuer advisers; and high yield (issuer and manager) advisers.
