Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper Agree to Distribution Deal Skadden is representing the Coca-Cola Company in its $715 million licensing agreement with Dr. Pepper Snapple Group Inc., allowing Coca-Cola to distribute Dr. Pepper drinks across the U.S., Canada Dry in the Northeast, and continue its distribution of Canada Dry, C'Plus and Schweppes in Canada. The distribution period will run for an initial term of 20 years, with the option of a 20-year renewal period. The agreement, announced on June 7, will replace the agreement currently in place between Dr. Pepper and Coca-Cola's North American bottler, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., which currently distributes the beverages involved in the agreement.
