Skadden, Arps is pleased to announce that Simon Baxter joined the firm's Brussels office as a European Union/International Competition partner.
Mr. Baxter, formerly a partner at another major international law firm, is an established figure in the market and is described by Legal 500 EMEA 2010 as "one of the most respected names in competition law." He regularly advises major corporations across a wide range of industries, particularly in relation to mergers, distribution systems, licensing and a wide range of compliance issues.
