The National Law Journal named Chicago and New York corporate restructuring co-heads Jack Butler and Jay Goffman among “The Decade’s Most Influential Lawyers.” They received their awards on June 15 at a ceremony in New York. The publication highlighted their work on the restructurings of a number of major clients in a wide range of industries, including Mr. Butler’s work on behalf of Delphi Corporation and Enron, and Mr. Goffman’s counsel to MGM and Blue Bird Bus Corporation in its one-day prepackaged bankruptcy.
