Skadden is representing JLL Partners and its portfolio company McKechnie Aerospace Holdings Inc. in McKechnie’s approximately $1.27 billion acquisition by TransDigm Group Inc. The deal was announced on Sept. 27. McKechnie is a privately owned supplier of aerospace products.
