Berkshire Hathaway to Acquire Rest of Wesco Financial

Skadden is representing the special committee for Wesco Financial Corporation in connection with Berkshire Hathaway’s $548 million acquisition of the remaining 19.9 percent of Wesco’s common stock that it does not presently own. The deal was announced February 7.
