On March 7, Chicago partner and global corporate restructuring co-head Jack Butler appeared on Bloomberg Television’s “Street Smart,” which was broadcast from the Distressed Investing Summit in Palm Beach, Fla. Mr. Butler spoke about the availability of credit to U.S. corporations, the importance of “best practices” in corporate governance and the outlook for the municipal bond market.
