Alpha Bank and Eurobank to Merge

Skadden is representing Greece’s Alpha Bank as international counsel in its merger with Eurobank EFG, announced on August 29. Greek co-counsel on the deal is Karamanolis & Associates. This transaction will create the largest bank in Greece with total assets reported at $212 billion.
