The firm also received "M&A Deal of the Year" awards at each ceremony, including for our work on behalf of Colfax Corporation in its $2.4 billion acquisition of Charter International (Europe) and EMC Corporation as part of a consortium in their $4.5 billion acquisition of a patent portfolio from Nortel Networks Corporation (Americas).
