Financial Times 2012 'Innovative Lawyers' Report (Europe)

In its latest “Innovative Lawyers” report for Europe-based attorneys (Oct. 5, 2012), the Financial Times gave Skadden its highest-ever ranking. Skadden received a “stand-out” designation in the publication’s private client category for securing the release of Ron Fuchs. The FT also gave the firm “commended” rankings in the finance law category for redomiciling Evraz and in the dispute resolution category for securing the dismissal of a €1 billion claim against the Slovak Republic. The 2012 report was based on more than 600 submissions from 150 law firms and other organizations.
