Peter Morrison Named a 'Rising Star' by Law360

For the third consecutive year, Los Angeles litigation partner Peter Morrison has been named a "Rising Star" by Law360. The publication noted that Mr. Morrison "literally wrote the book on Delaware mergers and acquisitions litigation in 2012 while still winning major victories for his clients," citing his work with fellow Skadden attorneys in authoring Mergers and Acquisitions Deal Litigation under Delaware Corporation Law (Aspen Publishers, 2013).  London M&A partner Michal Berkner also was recognized on the list.
