Firm Partners Named 'D.C. Dealmakers of the Year'

The National Law Journal has named Skadden M&A partners Jeremy London and Pankaj Sinha among its 2013 "D.C. Dealmakers of the Year" (August 12). The publication, citing "Washington lawyers [who] tackled some of the most notable transactions in the country," discussed several 2012 deals led by Skadden, including Mr. London's role in representing Sprint Nextel in its $20.1 billion sale to Softbank; and the work handled by Mr. Sinha, the firm's D.C. M&A practice leader, in advising Entergy in the sale of its electric transmission business to ITC Holdings.
