The report discusses the law firms that, according to BTI, corporate counsel say deliver the best client service. BTI interviewed nearly 300 chief legal officers at large and Fortune 1000 companies between March and July 2013. Skadden was named one of the "best of the best" — BTI's top tier — in 13 of the 17 client-service rankings that comprise the report.
